Company-wide AI transformation
AITCOH™ Operating System
Own the operating architecture at Aging In The Comfort Of Home®, connecting AI adoption, marketing, dealership growth, contractor operations, and customer experience across multiple business divisions.

Context
Aging In The Comfort Of Home® sells home-accessibility solutions across multiple business divisions, through a mix of dealerships, certified installers, and direct service. Each division has its own buyers, service model, and sales motion.
Challenge
A national home-accessibility company was growing across multiple divisions with marketing, dealership growth, contractor operations, and reporting running as separate, largely manual processes.
Mandate
Chief Operations Officer, AI Transformation and Revenue Operations. Own the operating architecture end to end: AI adoption, marketing, dealership growth, contractor operations, and customer experience.
Constraints
- Multiple divisions to serve at once, each with a different buyer and sales motion.
- New capability had to ship without expanding technology, agency, or production spend.
- Tools are used day to day by sales and field staff, so they had to be usable without technical training.
System built
One connected operating architecture: an in-house build system producing live web properties and AI-enabled applications, with lead capture, routing, follow-up, reporting, and content production automated across Airtable, Webflow, Zapier, CRM platforms, and custom applications.
- Lead the operating architecture connecting AI adoption, marketing, dealership growth, contractor operations, and customer experience across multiple business divisions.
- Conceived, designed, and shipped 50+ total web properties and AI-enabled applications since March 2025 across 33 internal initiatives.
- Built assessment tools, AI sales assistants, profitability calculators, customer-survey platforms, and a dealership voice chatbot as production software.
- Built the dealership and certified-installer expansion infrastructure: recruitment funnels, territory economics, onboarding, training, performance dashboards, and market-launch playbooks.
- Direct corporate brand architecture, service-line go-to-market strategy, executive communications, and digital experiences across multiple divisions.
Execution
- Stood up a 33-project in-house build system so new properties and tools ship on a repeatable process instead of ad hoc agency engagements.
- Connected the stack across Airtable, Webflow, Zapier, CRM platforms, and custom applications so capture, routing, follow-up, and reporting run without manual handoffs.
- Shipped tools into live use across divisions, including assessment tools, AI sales assistants, profitability calculators, customer-survey platforms, and a dealership voice chatbot.
- Built the dealership and certified-installer expansion infrastructure: recruitment funnels, territory economics, onboarding, training, performance dashboards, and market-launch playbooks.

From the work
Operating lesson
Consolidation pays twice. Building capability in house removed roughly $500,000 of annual outside spend, and the same move made the system fast to change, because the people who operate it also own it.
